10.00-12.30 pm - Dynamic Flow, exploring Vinyasa with emphasis on breath, finding strength through grace

2.00 - 4.00 pm - Restorative Practice, looking at a yin approach of holding poses, looking at the art of meditation and yoga nidra. -
